Maybank2u Payment Reference Number (Whichever Applicable) Is Required When Calling Klinik Noridah To Set An Appointment For Your Medical Examination.

One Deposit Of Rm50 Is Valid To Secure The “Special Offer Medical Examination Package For 1 Month From The Date Of Payment Made.

There Is No Limit On The Number Of Deposit Payments That Can Be Made To Secure The Respective Number Of Medical Examination Packages On “Special Offer.

Klinik Noridah Is not responsible For Lost Or Stolen Maybank2u Payment Reference Number. 
9)
Duplicate Use Of A Maybank2u Payment Reference Number Is Prohibited (Each Generated Number Is Unique).

Each Of The Medical Examination Package Consists Of Set Of Tests That Can Be Viewed Here.
Additional Charges Apply For Additional Tests That Are Not Part Of The Package If Requested / Required By Customer.
