ADVISORY AND CONSULTANCY
Our advisory and consultancy services are mainly to assist a company on how to set up an occupational health team in order to address the health issues according to the OSH Act 1994 in a systematic manner. We will help the company to set up an occupational health management system, step by step through total participation of the team members.
OH Advisory and Consultancy Activities :-
- Advise the management on OH related issues.
- Guide on development of Occupational Health related policies.
- Advise and guide on Occupational Health Performance / Cost Optimization (e.g. Medical treatment / hospitalization justification, medical leave / absenteeism, light duty / job restriction recommendation, fitness / return to work).
- Investigation and Medical Assessment / Impairment Assessment for occupational disease and poisoning (Compensation for insurance & SOCSO)
- Conduct occupational Health Audit- Standard Legal, Policy and SOP.
- Plant walkthrough assessment and screening.
- Advice on pre-placement for new workers
- Early return to work – Pain & Recovery Management, Work Restriction & Job Modification
