Mohamad Hafiz Ismail is a doctor with over 5 years of working experience in health and fitness industry. He graduated from Krida Wacana Christian University, Jakarta in 2012 and has been involved in Fitness & Musculation Training since 2007. He returned to Malaysia in 2013 and continues to practice as a medical doctor for one year before resigning and start his own passion to promote preventive healthcare.

Currently, he is the Fitness & Musculation Therapist for OH Mobile Services Sdn Bhd. He continues his passion in the field of preventive healthcare and serving clients by giving wellness training, advisory and consultancy programs.
